Misión

General purpose:
Manage and coordinate the processes of the operations of the plant (production, quality control, maintenance and other management), following the established plans, defining other specific ones, optimizing resources, guaranteeing quality with safe operations and taking care of the environment to ensure the manufacture of the products impact on customer satisfaction, guaranteeing the care and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Funciones principales

Main functions:

• Supervise the operation of the equipment and manufacturing process of the finished product according to the established quality parameters to ensure compliance with the specifications of the products produced, compliance of production plans and guarantee the health and safety of the employees in charge.  
• Monitor    management programs related to Culture to ensure the optimization of processes, equipment and resources. 
• Monitor and report Electricity, raw materials and other supplies consumption to ensure compliance with production budget, cost goals and product quality
• Monitor    in the field, preventive and corrective maintenance work according to manufacturer procedures and maintenance standards as well as ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and management systems    to ensure the availability of machinery.
• Execute The Plant's Production and Maintenance Management Plan, and propose changes according to the special conditions observed to align the operation based on demand, production capacity, maintenance and costs.
• Run and report the routine preventive and corrective maintenance plan, including critical spare parts plan to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Educación

Educational level:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar (required).

Experiencia Laboral

Work experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Process Manager in Industrial Production, Maintenance, or Quality Control, with proven experience in a leadership role.

Software

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (required).

Idiomas

Language:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
