General purpose
Perform various administrative and management activities to contribute to the Belize operation plant processes to ensure satisfaction and service for internal and external customers.
Main functions
- Execute administrative activities related to inventory control process, handling materials, product dispatch and other related To ensure up to date and accurate information that ensure the availability of inventories
- Execute administrative activities related to customer(employees) service processes, sales support, customer catalog, business records, registration and control of related indicators to ensure compliance with processes and procedures and availability of information for decision making.
- Perform activities related to generate and register accounting records, control and accounts payable, billing, invoice records to guarantee the fulfillment processes, execute payments according to schedule, and exact data registration.
- Compile the legal documentation to process the clients registration according to policies and procedures.
- Perform settlement of expenses process and ensure that each accounting document will be processed during the month.
Educational level
Associate Degree in Business Administration or Accounting required.
Work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, such as Accounting or Administrative Assistant.
Additional requirements
- Must reside between Belmopan and La Democracia.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and of SAP is desired.
Language
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
